What power has a little piece of blanket with the small head of a bear perched in the middle? A lot! The other day my 3 year old granddaughter and I thought that we had lost the blankie fondly known as "B". B has been there for her through good times and bad. He guards her dreams, keeps her company in the carseat or shopping cart and gives her something to care about. She talks to B like it is a real person...real to her. B was hiding under a toy for a day or so and we couldn't find it. Her heart was broken and mine was broken for her. She has several "blankies" in various forms and colors, but none as special as B. Welcome back B we missed you!
